Final call for Nominations
Final call for 2016 ALMR Ops Awards
The first stage of the 2016 ALMR Operations Managers Awards is closing on 31 July and the ALMR is encouraging businesses to nominate their best Area and Business Development Managers now.
Nominations must be made and entry papers, one per AM and BDM, completed by the final deadline of 31 July.
Founder of the awards Nick Bish, ALMR said: “The quality of the nominations and entry papers we have received so far have been exceptional. Every year we are impressed by the innovation and commitment that our nominees demonstrate and we are pleased to see more businesses than ever engage with the awards.
“The awards give businesses across the entire spectrum of licensed hospitality a chance to recognise the talent, hard work, dedication and innovation their team members bring to the business. We are very proud of the awards and pleased that we continue to identify and celebrate talented individuals.
“There is still time to nominate and we want to see the best that your Operations Managers have to offer.”
With just under a month to go before the completed entry paper needs to be submitted, the ALMR is now encouraging all companies to nominate now by logging on to www.almropsawards.org.uk.
The awards are split into two categories: one for Area managers in the managed estate and one for Business Development Managers in the leased estate. After the entry papers have been marked, the top 20 finalists will then be assessed during a day in the field by one of the Mentor Judges, before the intense experience of the 3-day MasterClass on business strategy and leadership insight.
The two winners, one for managed estates and one for leased, will be announced at a dedicated evening event in London on Monday 7 November.
